Summer Programs
We will offer all in-person programs this summer for 7 weeks
July 9th – August 22nd.
Tuesdays in July and August – Science on the Lawn at 10:00 AM with interactive science fun!

- Aug 13 —Bugs in My Backyard with Laurie McIntosh

Ukulele Camp Returns!
Thursdays July 18 – August 22 at 10:00 AM – on the library lawn
Learn how to play the Ukulele from Jim Van Arsdale and friends at Perform4Purpose. Free and open to all ages.
No previous experience is needed. Ukuleles will be provided for those who need them.
Final concert on August 22 to benefit King Ferry Food Pantry. We will be collecting donations of canned tuna and canned chicken. Monetary donations are always appreciated as well.
Special Thursday Event – Nature Walk on the Opendore Nature Trail (2978 State Route 34B, Sherwood)
Thursday, July 11 at 10:00 AM – Join us at Opendore (the future home of Hazard Library) for a walk on the Nature Trail and learn about the native trees, plants, and animals in Sherwood.
Celebrate our summer with a visit from Captain Jack!
